01 General Terms & Conditions

GBJI By using the website and services of (gbji.net), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you and GBJIconstitutes a legally binding agreement. All members are required to comply with everything stated herein.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• GBJI reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time and without providing a reason.
• Reusing or distributing any part of the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• The Bangla version of these Terms and Conditions shall be considered the authoritative text.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

GBJITo open an account, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in your account being suspended at any time.

• Members must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may only create one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, phone number, and email provided at registration must all be fully accurate.
• For account verification GBJI Identity verification documents may be requested at any time.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.

If any details provided at registration change, notify our support team immediately. Providing false information gives us the right to forfeit all balances in the account. GBJIreserves.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

GBJIThe following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals. We are committed to processing all financial transactions securely and promptly.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Your maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (where applicable).
• Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until account verification is complete.

Transactions using third-party accounts or another person's payment method are strictly prohibited. If such transactions are detected, the associated balance may be confiscated and the account suspended.

To prevent money laundering and illegal financial activity GBJI Is obligated to cooperate with relevant authorities. Suspicious transactions will be automatically flagged for review.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

GBJI Offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• GBJI reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Cashback bonuses are generally calculated every Monday and credited to accounts by Wednesday. Reload bonuses are available on a weekly basis and their terms may change from time to time.

05 Betting Rules & Procedures

All Betting Activities GBJIoperates under established rules. Please familiarize yourself with the following before placing any bets.

• Multiple bets on a single event are allowed, but contradictory bets are strictly prohibited.
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled (unless the cashout option is active).
• Bets placed after an event has started will be governed by live betting rules.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed are final.
• GBJI reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

If a bet is not accepted due to a connection issue or delay during live betting GBJI is not liable. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for issues of this nature.

You can place parlay or accumulator bets combining multiple sports events. However, if all selections lose, the entire bet is lost — members should be fully aware of this risk.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities GBJIis strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts by a single individual.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Impersonating another member or engaging in fraudulent activity.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

GBJI Reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• For violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• For registering with false or incomplete information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
• Upon submitting a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may also request account closure at any time. The process will be completed within 48 hours of receiving the request. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn through the standard process.

08 Limitation of Liability

GBJI Is not liable for any losses arising under the following circumstances.

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or sharing of account credentials.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment systems.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Financial losses incurred by members from betting — betting always carries risk.

In the event of any dispute GBJI's system records will be treated as final and conclusive evidence. For dispute resolution, please contact our support team in the first instance.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

GBJI Places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. We never sell your data to third parties.

• Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
• Information may be shared with legal authorities where required.

10 Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions

GBJI Reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
